Job summary

Flix is seeking an AI Hub Project Lead to drive AI-first transformation across the Commercial Intelligence team. You will own end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives, from scoping to production, and translate complex concepts for senior leadership.

You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, marketing and finance, evangelizing AI best practices, identifying scalable use cases, and building measurement frameworks to prove impact at scale. Hybrid work available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data science, AI/ML, or analytical roles.
• Hands-on experience with Python and data/AI ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of modern AI/ML methods, tooling, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AI project delivery from scoping to production.
• Evangelize an AI-first culture across CI and the wider org.
• Identify, pilot, and scale AI use cases with engineering and data science partners.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders and remove blockers to AI adoption.
• Translate complex AI concepts into clear narratives for leadership, marketing, and finance.
• Ensure attribution and measurement frameworks connect tech teams to business impact.
