Job summary

Bonapolia is seeking a Lead AI Solutions Engineer to transform business knowledge into reliable AI capabilities. You will work directly with clients and domain experts, turning complex processes into structured AI workflows and reusable skills.

This hands‑on role blends software engineering, prompt engineering and business automation at scale. You will champion end‑to‑end pilots, establish acceptance criteria and drive adoption while coordinating with an Enterprise AI Architect.

Qualifications

• Proven hands‑on software engineering experience; you build, review, test and maintain production‑quality solutions today.
• Strong engineering foundation in at least one modern stack: TypeScript/Node.js; fluency in NestJS/Angular is a plus.
• Solid engineering practice: version control, code review, automated testing, CI/CD.
• Real LLM‑backed systems shipped to real users, not just prototypes.
• Hands‑on experience with modern AI tools and platforms; map of current landscape, not vendor‑locked.
• Experience with agentic patterns: tool use, function calling, prompt engineering, context engineering, orchestration.
• Ability to turn ambiguous requirements into executable workflows; strong design判断.
• Direct experience with external clients and business stakeholders; run client conversations.
• Product mindset: optimize for user adoption and business outcomes; explain trade‑offs to non‑tech audiences.
• English C1; overlap with US/Western Europe time zones.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with business stakeholders to understand objectives, processes and outcomes.
• Translate business processes into structured, executable AI instructions.
• Design, implement, test and maintain reusable AI skills and workflows.
• Build evaluation scenarios, golden cases and regression checks for adoption.
• Run pilots with real users; collect feedback and ship improved versions.
• Own adoption, time savings and reliability of workflows for real users.
• Follow team standards for authoring, reviewing and releasing skills; contribute improvements.
• Integrate with client platforms and data sources.
