Job summary

Flix is seeking an AI Agent Builder to design and operate customer-facing AI agent workflows end-to-end, from discovery to production tuning. You’ll prototype quickly using low-code tooling and work with CS, Product, Engineering and process automation to deliver impactful, measurable results.

You will own prompt management, agent logic, testing, monitoring and security considerations, ensuring accuracy, tone and brand voice while balancing speed and risk with cross-functional colleagues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, automation, digital delivery or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs, prompt engineering and agent workflows.
• Familiarity with low-code platforms and APIs/webhooks/JSON.

Responsibilities

• Design, scope and build customer-facing AI agent workflows end-to-end.
• Own prompt management and agent logic, including tone and brand voice.
• Define test cases, monitor live performance and fix issues.
• Work within Flix security, privacy and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with CS, Product, Engineering and process automation teams.
