Job summary

Chain IQ Group AG is seeking an experienced Analytics Manager to lead a small analytics team inside the Finance function. You will shape the financial data strategy and drive AI-enhanced reporting to empower faster, data-driven decisions across the organization.

You will translate complex data into clear insights for senior leadership, design analytics frameworks, and collaborate with stakeholders to unlock opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or data analysis.
• Bachelor's or master's in business, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Fluency in financial terminology and ability to work with Finance stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric architecture, including OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Integration, and Power BI (DAX and Power Query/M Query).
• Strong SQL, ETL/ELT concepts, and data-warehousing principles on Microsoft Fabric.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for Finance and leadership.
• Design and implement analytics frameworks, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance to identify data-driven improvements.
• Lead and develop a small analytics team.
• Ensure data accuracy and alignment with reporting standards.
• Oversee finance analytics projects: dashboards, variance analysis, profitability, cost analysis, forecasting.
