UMO, a stealth FinTech venture, is building a unified, AI-powered platform across fiat, crypto, and investments. You will lead the Data squad, shaping the data platform and delivering production data products weekly.

As a Tech Lead you mentor Go/TS engineers, design real-time pipelines, ensure regulatory residency/auditability, and drive AI-enabled workflow improvements across global teams.

Qualificações

• Senior engineer (5+ yrs) with team leadership experience.
• Proficient in production-grade Go.
• Experience with CDC/ELT pipelines and event-driven architectures.
• Strong PostgreSQL and ClickHouse knowledge for OLAP and auditability.
• FinTech/regulatory data platform experience.
• AI-assisted development workflows with modern tools.
• Fluent English (B2+) for global collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow a high-performing data/backend squad; own outcomes end-to-end.
• Define blueprints for a high-load data platform and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Architect storage and data flows with residency and auditability in mind.
• Design event-driven data flows and CDC pipelines into the data warehouse.
• Integrate AI agents to accelerate architecture design and code delivery.
• Mentor Go/TypeScript engineers ensuring regulatory-grade auditability.
