UMO is building an AI-powered, human-centric modern money platform across fiat, crypto and investments. You will lead our Data squad, owning the data platform's technical direction and delivering auditable data products.

As a senior engineer with Go mastery, you will define architectural blueprints, ETL/ELT pipelines, and ensure residency, data segregation, and observability across PostgreSQL and ClickHouse while mentoring Go and TypeScript engineers.

Qualificações

• Senior engineer with 5+ years leading an engineering team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow a high-performing data/backend squad and own outcomes end-to-end.
• Define and evolve architectural blueprints for a high-load data platform with ETL/ELT pipelines in Go.
• Architect storage and data flows to satisfy residency and segregation with auditability.
• Design event-driven data flows and CDC pipelines from operational sources into the warehouse.
