UMO is building a united, AI-powered money platform with offices in Lisbon and beyond. We seek a hands-on Team Lead for our back-office platform to mentor a squad of fullstack engineers, own end-to-end outcomes, and deliver internal tools with robust RBAC, audit trails, and maker-checker workflows.

You will own the BFF layer, integration breadth, and state management across databases like PostgreSQL and Redis, while shipping code weekly and championing clean, scalable component systems.

• Internal Tooling & Admin Platform experience: familiarity with RBAC, maker-checker, and audit trails.
• Integration depth: design a coherent BFF layer as system scales.
• AI-augmented development: use AI tools as part of architecture and delivery.
• Autonomous milestone execution: deliver end-to-end without waiting for instructions.
• Transparent collaboration: open work style with respectful communication.
• Professional English communication across global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow a high-performing squad of fullstack developers with regular code reviews.
• Own outcomes end-to-end, including dependencies on other teams.
• Ship code weekly while guiding team delivery.
• Design and deliver internal tools, admin platforms, and ops consoles with RBAC and audit trails.
• Own BFF layer and cross-squad API integrations.
• Manage state and caching across PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Maintain and scale component libraries across the stack.
• Co-own containerized infra with Docker, Kubernetes and Flux pipelines.
