UMO is seeking a Data Lead to steer the Data squad, shaping a high-load Go-based platform supporting analytics and production data products. You will drive architectural decisions, own end-to-end outcomes, and work on real-time pipelines from operational sources.

You will mentor engineers across Go and TS, champion data residency and auditability, and apply AI tooling to accelerate design and delivery in a global fintech environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of engineering leadership of a team
• Production-grade Go experience with concurrency
• Proven experience building CDC/ELT pipelines
• Hands-on PostgreSQL and ClickHouse in regulated environments
• FinTech data platform experience preferred
• Experience integrating AI tooling into pipelines
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow a high-performing data & backend squad
• Define and evolve architecture for high-load data platform
• Design robust ETL/ELT pipelines and real-time services in Go
• Ensure data residency, segregation, auditability and retention
• Design event-driven data flows and CDC pipelines (NATS, PostgreSQL)
• Mentor engineers across Go and TypeScript stacks
• Incorporate AI agents into engineering workflows to boost productivity
