Amgen in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer for AI Studio to own defined production components end-to-end, spanning frontend to backend across enterprise AI applications. You will join the Applied AI team (AI Studio) to turn business challenges into scalable AI products, collaborating with partners across product, UX, data and security to deliver measurable impact.

A Master's/Bachelor’s in CS/IT is typical, with 4–10 years of related experience.

Qualificações

• Ownership of at least one production frontend, backend, API, data, integration, automation or AI component.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one backend language (Python, Java, C# or Node.js) and SQL.
• Ability to design, build, release, monitor, diagnose and maintain a defined production slice with limited guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Define component boundaries with partners and establish acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements.
• Design and implement accessible, responsive UI components with modern JS/TS frameworks.
• Build APIs, services, data models, migrations, queues and integrations across stacks.
• Integrate model inference, LLMs, embeddings, vector search, RAG and agent tools.
• Apply layered testing, monitoring, and secure deployment practices; ensure observability and reliability.
