Decskill, an IT consulting company, seeks a Solutions Architect for a hybrid project in Lisbon, Portugal. The role involves designing end-to-end Architectures across applications, data, and infrastructure, and shaping cloud, integration, and modernization initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring ~5 years of software/ cloud architecture experience, strong client-facing skills, and hands-on design capability with AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, IaC, and CI/CD.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Integration, or Solution Architecture.
• Experience in a consulting environment delivering projects for multiple clients.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on with architecture design while remaining technically involved.
• Experience designing end-to-end solutions across applications, infrastructure, APIs, integration, and data.
• Strong cloud knowledge (GCP, Azure, or AWS) including Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, and distributed systems.
• Cloud/Architecture certifications are a plus.
• English: B1/B2 (oral and written).

We would like to meet a Solutions Architect for a project with a hybrid working model in Lisbon, Portugal.

Responsabilities

• Design end-to-end solution architectures across applications, integrations, data, and infrastructure.
• Define scalable solutions for business applications, digital platforms, and modernization initiatives.
• Design cloud solutions across Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, AWS, and hybrid environments.
• Shape API-led and event-driven integration architectures.
• Ensure solutions align with security, scalability, performance, observability, and FinOps best practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support client engagements with pragmatic solution design.
• Contribute to architecture standards, best practices, and team growth.

Requirements

• ~5 years of experience in Software Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Integration, or Solution Architecture.
• Previous experience in a consulting environment, delivering projects for multiple clients.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
• Functional mindset combined with a hands-on approach – able to design solutions while remaining technically involved.
• Experience designing end-to-end solutions across applications, infrastructure, APIs, integration, and data.
• Strong cloud knowledge (GCP, Azure, or AWS), including Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, and distributed systems.
• Exposure to Data, AI, Integration, or Security is a plus.
• Cloud/Architecture certifications are a plus.
• English: B1/B2 (oral and written).
