Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years experience in Service Desk/IT Support role.
• Experience with AI-assisted support tooling is a strong plus.
• Familiar with scripting languages like Python or PowerShell.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve complex IT support requests using AI-assisted tooling.
• Serve as primary author of the AI Knowledge Base.
• Monitor Digital Employee Experience (DEX) telemetry.

Conhecimentos

Excellent written and spoken English

Curiosity and bias towards automation

Strong technical background in hardware/software

Formação académica

Degree in Computer Information Systems, IT, or related field
