Qualificações
- Hands-on experience in IT infrastructure or service delivery.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Enterprise environments.
- Built AI or automation solutions using Anthropic, Copilot, Power Automate, or similar.
- Understanding of AI technologies (LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic workflows).
- Scripting experience in Python or PowerShell is a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Develop, build, and operate AI-powered solutions to reduce workload of Service Desk and IT Infra teams.
- Implement AI workflows in production using Anthropic and M365 tools.
- Create low-code automations with n8n, Power Automate, or similar platforms.
- Own use cases from idea to production with minimal loops.
- Collaborate with Service Desk and Infrastructure teams to translate pain points into automations.
