Cloudflare is seeking a Deal Desk Manager in Lisbon to architect AI-driven deal workflows from scoping to execution. You will partner with Sales to structure high-value enterprise deals while balancing pricing risk and long-term value.

Required experience includes 6–8+ years in Deal Desk or related finance roles, strong SaaS pricing knowledge, and proficiency with AI-enabled automation. Global team collaboration and strong communication are essential.

Qualificações

• Experience in Deal Desk, FP&A, Revenue Operations for large-scale enterprise sales.
• Solid understanding of SaaS metrics, pricing models, and financial concepts (ARR, gross margin, churn).
• Experience drafting and interpreting commercial contracts; pricing and licensing analysis.
• Data & AI literacy; ability to leverage AI to automate workflows and extract insights.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration for negotiations with Legal, Finance, Product.

Responsabilidades

• Orchestrate strategic deal architecture for non-standard, high-value enterprise deals.
• Act as Sales Co-pilot, using AI-driven data to maximize deal velocity and LTV.
• Curate and tune AI agents to ensure compliant, scalable approvals.
• Drive process iteration by partnering with Legal, Finance, Product to automate deal desk workflows.
• Champion AI integration to reduce deal cycle times and improve pricing insights.
