Cloudflare in Lisbon is seeking a Deal Desk Manager to architect an AI-driven deal desk, transforming sales workflows from manual to automated end-to-end processes. You will lead high-value, non-standard enterprise deals with a focus on long-term value and margin optimization.

You will collaborate with Legal, Finance and Product to automate approvals, tune AI agents, and drive cross-functional efficiency. Strong background in deal desks, SaaS pricing, and data literacy is essential.

Qualificações

• 6-8+ years in Deal Desk/FP&A, Revenue Ops or similar support for large-scale enterprise sales.
• Solid understanding of SaaS metrics, pricing models, ARR, gross margin, churn, profitability.
• Experience drafting/interpreting commercial contracts and pricing/licensing issues.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the architecture and execution of non-standard, high-value enterprise deals.
• Act as Sales Co-pilot using AI-driven data to maximize deal velocity and long-term value.
• Tune AI agents and workflows to ensure scalable, compliant deal approvals.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Product to automate deal desk processes and approvals.
• Drive AI and automation integration to reduce deal cycle times and improve productivity.
