Job summary

Cloudflare, Inc. is seeking a Deal Intelligence Analyst to drive a data-centric, AI-augmented Deal Desk. You’ll design data systems and executive dashboards to analyze deal terms, protect margins, and close large commitments with speed.

You will build ELT/ETL pipelines, leverage CRM/CPQ data, and deliver insights that directly impact global growth and pricing strategies. This is a full-time on-site Lisbon role.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of professional experience in Data Analytics, BI, or technical RevOps.
• Experience incorporating data into AI workflows, using LLM orchestration or predictive models.
• Expert-level SQL and proficient BI visualization to build executive reporting.
• Strong Python (or TS) with ELT/ETL pipelines, APIs, and data cleaning.
• Analytical data models for financial and SaaS metrics (margins, ARR, NRR).
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms and edge/serverless (Cloudflare Workers, R2, D1).
• CRM data structures (Salesforce), CPQ complexities, and quote-to-cash lifecycle.
• Exceptional communication bridging technical data and Finance operations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain executive dashboards; real-time deal visibility across regions.
• Transform ideas into automated queries with stakeholder input.
• Drive margin analysis with Finance, Infrastructure and Deal Desk leadership.
• Develop ELT/ETL pipelines from Salesforce, CPQ and billing systems.
• Integrate structured deal data into Deal Desk tools for pricing optimizations.
• Translate complex data into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
