JobCloud HR Tech Portugal is seeking a Technology Partnerships Manager to identify, evaluate and onboard technology partners, turning partnerships into product features that create value for customers.

You will build partnerships largely from the ground up, scout AI providers and APIs, negotiate terms, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with product and engineering across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Customer focus: judge vendor value for customers, not sales pitch.
• Business fluent English is required for communication with partners and leadership.
• Strong communication skills to build trusted relationships with partners and internal teams.
• Negotiation and commercial sense to discuss terms confidently with external companies.
• Structured approach to run multiple evaluations in parallel and drive to a decision.

Responsabilités

• Identify use cases and partner needs; work with product teams to map partnerships to features.
• Scout the market for technology and AI providers; build a pipeline of potential partners.
• Define evaluation criteria with product and engineering; organize demos and proofs of concept; compare solutions on value, quality, cost and fit.
• Recommend and negotiate partnerships; prepare leadership for decisions; negotiate commercial terms and SLAs, data usage and support.
• Collaborate with legal and finance on contracts; ensure GDPR and EU AI Act compliance.
• Act as main contact for partners during implementation; remove blockers and track integrations with product/engineering.
• Monitor performance and value; conduct regular reviews; identify opportunities to expand collaborations.
