Decskill is an IT consulting company with over 10 years of experience, employing more than 800 professionals across Lisbon, Porto, and Madrid. We are part of the Astek Group and operate in around 23 countries.

We seek experts to design and implement AI agent-based systems, with a focus on Generative AI and LLMs, RAG architectures, and enterprise API integrations. Join a people-first culture that values curiosity, commitment, and impactful work.

Qualificações

• Proven experience designing and developing AI agents and agent-based systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Solid experience building and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems via APIs and microservices.
• Solid understanding of vector databases and embeddings (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
• Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP), including AI services.
• Knowledge of automation, orchestration, and workflow design using AI agents.
• Familiarity with software engineering best practices (version control, testing, clean code).
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
