Accenture Technology is seeking an AI Engineer to design, build, and scale intelligent AI-powered solutions using modern ML and generative AI technologies. You will contribute to robust AI architectures and help drive innovation across the organization.

Responsibilities include developing LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and tool-calling mechanisms, with a focus on performance, scalability, and safety. Location options include Lisbon or Porto, Portugal.

Qualificações

• Experience with large language models and generative AI ecosystems.
• Strong Python programming and modern software engineering practices.
• Knowledge of AI application architectures, including RAG.
• Experience with vector databases and semantic search.
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks, tool calling, and orchestration patterns.
• Understanding of AI safety, evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

In this role, you will design, build, and scale intelligent AI-powered solutions using modern machine learning and generative AI technologies. You will contribute to the development of robust AI application architectures and help drive innovation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Extensively experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI ecosystems
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern software engineering practices
• Solid understanding of AI application architectures, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Experience with vector databases and semantic search solutions
• Knowledge of agentic frameworks, tool calling, and orchestration patterns
• Understanding of AI safety, evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Understanding of MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment workflows
