Decskill, an IT consulting company with 10+ years in the market, is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our AI-focused initiatives from Portugal. You will design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and AI agent deployments across the SDLC.

The role emphasizes hands-on work with LLMs, multi-agent systems, GCP, and Generative AI frameworks, collaborating with international teams while upholding security and governance standards.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of LLMs, architecture, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), fine-tuning, and model evaluation.
• Proven experience in optimizing token consumption and managing costs in Generative AI solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of autonomous and multi-agent systems to support the SDLC.
• Experience integrating APIs, cloud platforms, and DevOps tools.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of software engineering, cloud computing, DevSecOps, and CI/CD platforms.
• Experience with AI governance, security, and compliance.
• Cloud certifications (Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS) are considered an advantage.
• Experience supporting technology adoption and digital transformation initiatives.
• Fluent in written and spoken English (required).

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement agent architectures based on LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Establish and monitor adoption, productivity, and ROI metrics for implemented AI solutions.
• Promote Generative AI best practices across technical teams.
• Produce technical documentation, user guides, and training sessions to enable knowledge sharing and adoption.
• Monitor advancements in the Generative AI landscape and identify new opportunities to leverage emerging technologies.

We are looking for an DevOps Engineer!

Responsabilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance AI agents to support all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, development, testing, documentation, code review, and operations.
