We are currently looking for an AI Engineer who is passionate about applying Generative AI technologies to solve real-world challenges. In this role, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, prototype, and deploy production‑ready AI solutions that enhance business outcomes and accelerate innovation.

Whether you already have hands‑on experience with Generative AI and large language models (LLMs), or have worked on projects that demonstrate your ability to quickly adapt and learn in this field, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver innovative solutions powered by Generative AI, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Build and maintain scalable, efficient, and reliable AI systems, including data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with external tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, product, and operations, to deliver impactful AI‑driven solutions.
• Leverage AI technologies to drive innovation and improve existing systems.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes to enhance scalability, security, and performance.
• Stay up‑to‑date with advancements in AI technologies and share insights to inspire innovation and technical excellence within the team.

Projects and Contributions

• Development of RAG solutions and AI agents: Make large data sources accessible to users so they can leverage vast textual corpora through GenAI, enabling them to generate reports or interact intelligently with information.
• Industrialization and centralization of AI tools: Contribute to the creation of an enterprise AI platform that will serve as the foundation for multiple business use cases, integrating cutting‑edge technologies (AI agents, RAG, MCP factory, etc.).
• Direct collaboration and skill development: Work hand‑in‑hand with engineers from other technology stacks to integrate AI solutions and evolve our current technological landscape, within an agile and multidisciplinary team. Take part in technology choices and the architecture of the AI platform, with real influence on strategic directions.

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise and deep understanding of software engineering best practices, with a particular emphasis on Python. Highly proficient in designing and developing scalable backend API solutions.
• Track record of hands‑on AI and GenAI solution development and delivery, with a strong understanding of industry‑standard frameworks and libraries.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal. French is a plus.
