We are looking for a Senior GenAI Engineer to join our team and play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying cutting‑edge Generative AI solutions.
In this role, you will work hands‑on across the full lifecycle of GenAI initiatives, helping build scalable AI‑powered systems and data solutions across cloud and on‑premises environments. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to transform business needs into intelligent, production‑ready applications.
The role combines software engineering, data engineering, and AI expertise, with a strong focus on modern GenAI architectures and scalable delivery.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain data pipelines to move and transform data across cloud and on‑premises systems.
- Design and maintain scalable data models and datasets optimized for analytics and AI workloads.
- Integrate data from multiple sources while applying governance, quality, and validation rules.
- Develop and deploy Generative AI solutions, including intelligent applications and APIs.
- Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of modern AI architectures, including RAG‑based solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Participate in troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in automation, integration, software engineering, and/or data engineering.
- At least 2 years of dedicated experience delivering GenAI solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Proven experience developing and deploying applications and APIs in cloud environments.
- Experience with:
- AI model integration
- Agent‑based architectures
- RAG systems
- Vector databases
- Hands‑on experience with GenAI frameworks such as:
- LangChain
- LlamaIndex
- Similar ecosystems
- Knowledge of MCP and A2A protocols is highly valued.
- Strong understanding of software engineering and data engineering principles.
- Ability to work autonomously in collaborative and fast‑paced environments.
- Fluency in English.

- Experience with:
- Azure AI Search
- Graph databases (e.g., Neo4j / Gremlin)
- AWS or GCP environments
