Job summary

Cloudflare seeks an AI-driven Customer Experience Manager to own renewals and growth across the customer lifecycle in Caparica, Portugal. You will negotiate renewals, build value-focused business cases, and collaborate with Sales to forecast and close opportunities while leveraging AI to drive efficiency.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, Support, and Marketing to ensure retention and expansion with Cloudflare’s cloud security solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Customer Success/Account Management role or Inside or Field sales.
• Hebrew fluency.
• 2+ years of industry experience, with experience in cloud security and/or performance industries preferred.
• Bachelor's degree and/or other professional qualifications.
• Direct experience in commercial sales, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Strong understanding of or willingness to learn about computer networking and how the internet works, with network security a plus.
• Manage and prioritize competing portfolio demands, aligning internal resources with the highest-impact commercial and retention goals
• Expertise in SaaS retention and sales process and excellent knowledge of value driven sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer onboarding through renewal across the lifecycle.
• Be a trusted advisor to customers and help them adopt Cloudflare products and services.
• Plan and execute long-term Success Plans with large customers to facilitate retention and growth.
• Present relevant features to customers based on their business needs.
• Own or participate in renewal meetings with a track record of executive business reviews.
