• 8–12 years of experience in technology consulting or digital transformation.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders on complex topics.
• Track record close to digital/AI transformation.
• Strong business judgment in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple reviews and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured discussions with senior stakeholders on AI, digital, software, and product opportunities.
• Review materials and clarify objectives, delivery approach, success measures, risks.
• Identify delivery, governance, adoption, and value-realization considerations.
• Coordinate input from commercial, technical, product, data, legal, finance, and delivery teams.
• Translate discussions into clear recommendations and follow-up actions.
• Support teams in shaping practical, deliverable client commitments.
• Help teams pressure-test ambitious plans while staying collaborative.
• Build repeatable ways of working, tools, and guidance across BCG X.
