McKinsey & Company in Lisbon seeks a seasoned consultant to own a project workstream, partnering with clients to create scalable value through technology and AI. You will design AI-driven solutions, modernize infrastructures, and help clients transform operations.

Strong analytical and communication skills are essential to drive impact across industries. You will work on-site with clients, collaborating with McKinsey colleagues to advance data‑driven transformations.

Qualificações

• Advanced university degree in technical, scientific, or business/economics disciplines.
• 4+ years of professional experience gained either in the technology sector or in specialized technology, Artificial Intelligence, or digital transformation roles within other industries
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for data‑driven, fact‑based decision‑making and structured logical reasoning
• Outstanding academic and professional track record, with notable achievements both within and outside of your studies
• Ability to develop high‑quality project materials, such as PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, articles, or other high‑impact written documents
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities, including the capacity to approach and complete tasks autonomously
• Ability to work or attend meetings outside of traditional business hours or take on projects with limited or no notice at times
• Ability to travel to and work in varying environments that may be challenging and/or not accessible (e.g., factories, hospitals, mines)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with excellent fluency in both Spanish and English
