Bain & Company in Lisbon seeks a senior Sustainability Practice Consultant to help design and deliver IP and analytics for client projects. You will work with partners and case teams to create actionable insights, build sustainable strategies, and scale digital solutions across industries.

You will contribute to data-driven studies, develop ROI models, and mentor junior colleagues while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams within a global network.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, deploy and deliver client IP and materials.
• Support business cases, ROI modeling and commercialization planning.
• Provide hands-on client support and leverage technology solutions.
• Create training materials for affiliates on new IP.
• Identify issues, test hypotheses, and translate data into insights.
• Support transformation project delivery and operating model changes.
• Run analyses and contribute to solution investments.
• Contribute to AI scaling efforts and automation adoption.
