Bain & Company in Lisbon seeks a Strategy Practice Consultant to drive AI-enabled strategy tools and IP development across global teams. You will incubate solutions, deploy tools, and train staff, collaborating with partners and case teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.

The role requires 5–8 years in technical product development or MBA/Master’s with consulting experience, and strong English communication.

Qualificações

• 5-8 years technical product development experience in a similar industry with an undergraduate degree OR 4-5 years experience with MBA/Master’s OR MBA/MBI consulting background at senior levels
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and tools (e.g., Python, R, OpenAI APIs), and extensive experience building AI-enabled tools that create business value
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English at a C1 level

Responsabilidades

• Solution Incubation: identify opportunities for AI modules and prototypes.
• Tool Deployment/Team Support: assist frontline pitches and integrate AI tools in engagements.
• Marketing and Training: create demos, training, and collateral to promote tools.
• Solution Innovation Strategy: monitor AI trends and inform product roadmap.
