Savior Artigos Texteis Lda in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an English-speaking Customer Support professional to help users of AI products in an on-site role. The position offers day shifts with a rotating schedule and a friendly international team.

You will troubleshoot account access and user issues, assist with billing inquiries, and guide customers on how to use AI tools across multiple channels. Prior customer service experience and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, IT Support or Technical Support.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willing to rotate shifts Monday–Sunday.

• Available for rotating shifts Monday–Sunday
