Wire IT, based in Portugal, is seeking a Senior AI Engineer with Java to join our growing team. This is a 100% remote role in Portugal, requiring a strong background in Java development, AI/ML engineering, and LLM fine-tuning.

You will document APIs and architectures, contribute to prompt optimization, and collaborate with an international team. We offer health insurance, vacation days, a meal allowance, and training budget.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience for the role.
• Experience as a Java Developer.
• Experience with prompt optimization and LLM fine-tuning.
• Knowledge of LangChain or equivalent orchestration frameworks.
• Strong technical writing skills for documenting APIs, architecture, and developer guides.

Required skills:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience for the role
• Previous experience as a Java Developer
• Experience with prompt optimization and LLM fine-tuning
• Knowledge of LangChain or equivalent orchestration frameworks.
• Strong technical writing skills for documenting APIs, architecture, and developer guides.
