• Coach engineering teams on AI-assisted and agentic development practices.
• Drive adoption of AI tooling, automation, and agent orchestration across SDLC.
• Build prototypes and reusable accelerators for agentic engineering.
• Promote best practices in prompting, validation, and testing of AI outputs.
• Help measure impact of AI adoption on delivery and quality metrics.
• Contribute to engineering standards and AI-enabled software development.

The Role

We are looking for an Agentic Engineering Coach to help engineering teams adopt AI-assisted and agentic software development practices. You will work closely with developers, architects, and engineering leaders to improve productivity, delivery effectiveness, and software quality through AI tooling, automation, and modern engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and enable engineering teams on AI-assisted and agentic development practices.
• Drive the adoption of AI tooling, automation, and agent orchestration across the software development lifecycle.
• Build prototypes, reference implementations, and reusable accelerators showcasing agentic engineering patterns.
• Promote best practices in prompting, validation, testing, and review of AI-generated outputs.
• Support teams in measuring the impact of AI adoption on delivery, productivity, and quality metrics.
• Contribute to engineering standards, best practices, and the evolution of AI-enabled software development.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with agent orchestration frameworks and agentic development platforms.
• Experience with MCP-based tooling and integrations.
• Experience creating AI workflows, engineering accelerators, or developer productivity tooling.
• Proven track record of helping teams adopt new technologies and engineering practices at scale.
• Experience delivering workshops, technical coaching, or enablement programs.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures.
• Experience in large-scale digital, retail, or eCommerce environments.
• Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
