Wire IT invites applications for an AI Coach - Agentic Engineering role, remote within Portugal. The candidate will bring senior software engineering experience and work across agent orchestration, AI workflows, and production-grade tooling to enable teams at scale.

Qualificações

6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Experience with agent orchestration frameworks and agentic development platforms.
Experience with MCP-based tooling and integrations.
Experience creating reusable AI workflows, engineering accelerators, or developer productivity tooling.
Experience helping teams adopt new technologies and engineering practices at scale, including workshops or enablement programs.
Experience with Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms, and distributed systems.
Experience with Kafka or event-driven architectures.
Experience in large-scale digital, retail, or eCommerce environments.
