Wire IT is seeking an AI Coach - Agentic Engineering to drive advanced AI initiatives remotely from Portugal. You will architect and promote reusable AI workflows, accelerate developer productivity, and guide engineering teams in adopting agent orchestration platforms.

Join a senior, international team delivering cutting-edge AI capabilities across big-scale digital and eCommerce projects. This is a no-term full-time remote role with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Formación

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks and agentic development platforms.
• Experience with MCP-based tooling and integrations.
• Experience creating reusable AI workflows, engineering accelerators, or developer productivity tooling.
• Experience helping teams adopt new technologies and engineering practices at scale, including workshops or communities of practice.
• Experience with Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Kafka or event-driven architectures.
• Experience working in large-scale digital, retail, or eCommerce environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AI coaching initiatives and implement Agentic Engineering practices.
• Collaborate with teams to drive adoption of new AI tooling and workflows.
• Design and promote scalable engineering accelerators and productivity tools.
• Support large-scale deployments in distributed, cloud-native environments.

Required skills

• At least 6 years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks and agentic development platforms.
• Experience working with MCP-based tooling and integrations.
• Experience creating reusable AI workflows, engineering accelerators, or developer productivity tooling.
• Experience helping teams adopt new technologies and engineering practices at scale, including running workshops, communities of practice, or technical enablement programmes.
• Experience with Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Kafka or event-driven architectures.
• Experience working in large-scale digital, retail, or eCommerce environments.
