Match Profiler, a long-standing information systems consultancy, is seeking an Agile Coach for a hybrid role in Porto. You will coach teams on Agile principles, lead transformation efforts, and facilitate workshops to drive continuous improvement and collaboration.

Ideal candidates bring strong English skills, stakeholder engagement, and a willingness to stay updated on industry trends to enhance coaching programs.

Qualificações

• Coaching teams on Agile principles, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
• Lead and support Agile transformation efforts aligned with business goals.
• Facilitate workshops, training, and meetings to promote Agile adoption.

What we are looking for

• Coaching and Mentoring: Provide hands-on coaching to teams on agile principles, frameworks (such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean), and practices to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency.
• Agile Transformation: Lead and support the organization’s agile transformation efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Facilitation: Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and meetings to promote understanding and adoption of agile practices among team members and stakeholders.
• Performance Metrics: Help establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of agile implementation and team performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and team members to ensure clear communication, collaboration, and alignment on project goals and priorities.
• Feedback Loop: Encourage a culture of feedback and reflection through regular retrospectives and reviews, promoting a growth mindset within teams.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior management and other stakeholders to advocate for agile practices, address challenges, and promote the benefits of agile methodologies.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging agile methodologies to continuously enhance the coaching program.
