KCS IT is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Porto team in a hybrid role. The successful candidate will drive agile practices, coach cross-functional teams, and ensure effective delivery across software development projects.

Requirements include 4–5 years as Scrum Master, deep Scrum understanding, and fluent English. Prior SAFe/LeSS/Nexus exposure and a background as Developer or Product Owner are valued.

Qualificações

• 4–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT or software development.
• Deep understanding of the Scrum framework, roles, ceremonies and artifacts.
• Hands-on experience in Agile environments with focus on team empowerment and delivery optimization.
• Facilitation of daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and agile ceremonies.
• Excellent communication, coaching and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of agile metrics (velocity, burndown, lead time).
• Fluent English (spoken and written) for cross-functional communication.
• Experience with Scaled Agile (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).
• Background as Developer or Product Owner.

Responsabilidades
