Job summary

Hexa Consulting in Porto is seeking a Senior Agile Coach to support product and engineering teams in improving collaboration, ownership and outcome-oriented delivery. This hybrid role requires weekly office presence in Porto.

You will coach teams on agile principles, facilitate events, and help establish effective working agreements while fostering self-organization and transparency across locations.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Team Coach in complex technology environments.
• Experience supporting product development and engineering teams in multi-location or cross-functional contexts.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to improve team effectiveness through collaboration, continuous improvement and outcome orientation.
• Comfortable supporting autonomous teams without adding unnecessary complexity.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Responsible, transparent and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt practices to each context.

Job description

We are looking for a Senior Agile Coach to support product and engineering teams in the technology sector, helping them improve collaboration, ownership, transparency and outcome-oriented delivery. This is a hybrid opportunity based in Porto, with office presence expected once per week.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Coach product and engineering teams on agile principles, collaboration, ownership and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate agile events, workshops and alignment sessions that help teams make clear decisions and improve delivery practices.
• Support teams in defining effective working agreements, improving decision-making and strengthening self-organization.
• Help identify delivery bottlenecks, dependencies, risks and impediments, promoting transparent and sustainable improvement actions.
• Foster trust, psychological safety and constructive feedback across teams, stakeholders and locations.
• Support collaboration between engineering, product and business stakeholders to improve focus on outcomes and measurable value.
• Advise teams and stakeholders on agile practices, team effectiveness and organizational development.
