Qualifications

• Bachelor's level degree in Computer Engineering, AI or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• At least 3 years designing and implementing AI-based solutions in production.
• Fluent Portuguese and English communications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications and intelligent agents.
• Build integrations between AI models and enterprise systems via APIs and tools.
• Develop scalable pipelines for knowledge retrieval and information processing.
• Ensure AI solutions are secure, reliable, scalable, and production-ready.
• Promote MLOps practices across LLMOps, observability, testing, and continuous delivery.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and contribute to the evolution of the organization’s AI capabilities.
