HumanIT Digital Consulting is seeking a Project Manager (Aerospace Software Engineering) for a hybrid role in Lisbon or Coimbra, 3 days per week in office.

You will lead large, highly technical engineering teams across software development programs for critical aerospace systems, guiding planning, delivery and rigorous execution.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in project controls, Earned Value Management, and English proficiency to collaborate with diverse teams.

Qualificações

• Solid experience planning and following complex software projects.
• Experience managing large engineering teams, 20–30 people or more.
• Ability to monitor progress objectively through metrics and concrete evidence.
• Strong risk, issue, dependency, and plan-deviation management.
• Experience controlling scope changes and their impact on planning, cost, and timelines.
• Experience maintaining project plans, schedules, baselines.
• Use of formal Project Management practices, including Earned Value Management, CPI, and SPI.
• People management experience — performance reviews, coaching, hiring decisions.
• Proficient English (Upper Intermediate) or above.

Responsabilidades
