Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking an Advertiser Support Specialist fluent in Hebrew and English to assist advertisers with digital advertising tools. You will troubleshoot issues, guide users through self-service products, and manage multiple support channels.

This on-site role in Lisbon, Portugal requires 40 hours per week with rotating shifts between 06:00 and 00:00. A 15-day training period followed by a nesting phase will help you ramp up.
