AVEC Human Resources Services in Lisbon seeks Hebrew-speaking professionals to join the Advertisers Support team, delivering assistance to business advertisers via chat, email and phone. This on-site role requires residency in Lisbon and flexibility for rotational shifts.

Responsibilities include supporting advertisers across platforms, handling pre- and post-sales inquiries, troubleshooting issues, guiding users on tools, and identifying trends in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Hebrew
• Good level of English for training and internal tools
• Availability for rotational shifts (including weekends)
• Availability to work on-site in Lisbon
• Valid Residency Card

Work Model: On-siteSchedule: Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday, between 06:00 and 23:00Start Dates: 02/10, 09/10 or 13/10
