Job summary

CB Talents in Porto is seeking a dedicated professional to join our Customer Service team within Accounts Payable and Finance Operations. You will handle supplier and internal queries, ensuring payables are accurate and paid on time, and act as the finance contact for stakeholders.

The role offers a hybrid setup between the Porto office and home, with weekends off and a clear focus on AP skills in daily finance tasks. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 2 years in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations.
• Solid knowledge of AP and accounting principles.
• Good MS Excel skills (formulas; pivot tables preferred).
• Detail-oriented and reliable under deadlines.
• Fluent English.

The role
You'll work in Customer Service within Accounts Payable and Finance Operations at a global CX leader. You'll handle supplier and internal queries, keep payables accurate and on time, and be the finance contact people rely on.
