Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Porto is seeking a Customer Service professional within Accounts Payable and Finance Operations. You will handle supplier and internal queries, keep payables accurate and on time, and act as the finance contact people rely on.

The role is based in Porto with a hybrid model (office + home) and a Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00 schedule. Fluency in English and a finance background are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 2 years in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations.
• Solid knowledge of AP and accounting principles.
• Good MS Excel skills (formulas; pivot tables preferred).
• Detail-oriented and reliable under deadlines.
• Fluent English.

The role
You'll work in Customer Service within Accounts Payable and Finance Operations at a global CX leader. You'll handle supplier and internal queries, keep payables accurate and on time, and be the finance contact people rely on.
