Thales in Oeiras, Portugal, is looking for an Accounts Payable Team Member to join the finance function. You will process supplier invoices, validate them against purchase orders and codes, and manage payments and bank transfers while handling invoice inquiries.

Ideal candidates have a degree in accounting or related fields, strong English communication, and experience in AP or P2P with good organizational skills and a collaborative mindset. Proficiency in MS Office and IT tools is required.

Qualificações

• Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or similar.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience in Accounts Payable or P2P processes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Team player with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT tools.

Responsabilidades

• Process invoices (3rd party and intercompany) accurately and within deadlines.
• Validate invoices, match with purchase orders and ensure proper coding.
• Manage invoice entry and payments, including bank transfers.
• Handle invoice queries and support issue resolution.
• Process employee expense claims and ensure compliance.
• Support general accounts payable tasks and maintain accurate records.
