A technology company in Portugal seeks a candidate to manage accounts receivable, resolve billing disputes, and perform customer reconciliations. Candidates should have strong English communication skills and good analytical ability, with proficiency in digital tools and Excel. This role is dynamic and multicultural.

Qualificações

• Experience or knowledge of the O2C / Order-to-Cash cycle (preferred).
• Strong written communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail in financial tasks.
• Proficiency in digital tools and Excel.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural, and fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the Accounts Receivable Ledger, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Contact customers with outstanding invoices via email in a professional manner.
• Handle and resolve internal and external disputes related to billing or payments.
• Perform customer account reconciliations and identify discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly reports and provide status updates on 60+ debtors.

Conhecimentos

O2C / Order-to-Cash cycle

Strong written communication skills in English

Good analytical skills

Proficiency in digital tools and Excel
