Teya is hiring a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to ensure the integrity and efficiency of the AP function across Europe. You will manage complex invoices, supplier accounts, and payment runs, while contributing to month-end deliverables and AP controls.

You will collaborate with Finance, Procurement and business teams to enhance P2P compliance, support automation projects and develop the Finance Shared Services function.

Qualificações

• Solid experience in Accounts Payable or a broader Finance Operations environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay processes and AP controls.
• Fluent English; Portuguese is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Act as subject-matter expert for end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay operations and complex invoices.
• Own AP ledger integrity, supplier reconciliations, aged balances and open items.
• Lead month-end close, accruals and AP reporting.
• Support audits, controls and continuous process improvements.
• Coach junior team members and support workload prioritisation.
