Airbus Portugal SA is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable to join our GBS in a role focused on end-to-end invoice processing, payment execution and supplier relations. The ideal candidate has strong accounting knowledge, the ability to handle high volumes of data, and a proactive, compliant approach to P2P processes.

The position offers a hybrid work model with a modern office and opportunities to collaborate across regions worldwide, supported by a dedicated AP team and Leadership.

Qualificações

• 5–10 years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
• English – Advanced level; other European languages are a plus.
• Ability to handle high-volume data entry and resolve invoice issues.
• Ability to process a minimum of 80 invoices daily with high accuracy.
• Familiar with standard accounting concepts, practices and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Professional, service-oriented and able to communicate effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Process and monitor incoming invoice flows from suppliers via invoicing channels.
• Ensure timely payment of invoices with compliance to internal and external requirements.
• Resolve queries from internal customers and external suppliers promptly.
• Investigate and resolve payment issues and perform Vendor Statement Reconciliations.
• Manage non-Purchase Order exceptions in line with the Airbus Payments directive.
