Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Porto is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance operations team in a multinational healthcare technology environment. You will contribute to accounts payable with accuracy, deadlines and structured processes.

The role requires 2–5 years in AP, fluent English, strong Excel skills, and ERP exposure (SAP, Oracle or NetSuite). Hybrid Porto; Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00; gross salary €1,300/month (paid over 14 months) plus daily food allowance of €7.63.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance.
• 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or Finance Operations.
• Solid knowledge of Accounts Payable and accounting principles.
• Fluent English.
• Good MS Excel skills; PivotTables and formulas.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or NetSuite is an advantage.
