Swiss Life Asset Managers in Lisbon is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our growing finance team. You will contribute to vendor invoice processing, ensure accurate coding, VAT handling, and timely settlements in a collaborative, international environment.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in AP, familiarity with P2P, SAP S/4HANA or similar, strong Excel and data entry skills, and fluent English; German is a plus.

Qualificações

• 0–2 years in Accounts Payable, finance operations or shared services.
• Understanding of invoice processing, P2P workflows, and vendor payments.
• Familiarity with VAT/tax compliance and audit documentation.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred) and strong Excel skills.
• Detail-oriented, reliable with good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent English is required; German language skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Process and verify vendor invoices with accurate coding and VAT treatment.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts; resolve discrepancies.
• Manage vendor payments and support statement reconciliations.
• Maintain audit-ready invoice documentation and master data.
• Monitor invoice or payment issues and track KPIs.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
