Essity AB is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator for Europe and North America, based in Lisbon. You will manage a multi-market AP portfolio with a focus on accuracy and timely payment processing.

The role involves SAP-driven invoice handling, supplier liaison, and cross-functional collaboration across regional teams. Ideal candidates have a finance or accounting degree, prior AP experience, strong organizational skills and fluency in English.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent.
• Previous experience in an accounts payable role.
• Familiarity with Office 365 and SAP.
• Fluent in English - All Applicants are requested to deliver their CV in English language.

Responsabilidades

• Invoice Processing: Handle supplier invoices in SAP and ensure compliance with Essity’s global standards.
• Supplier Communication: Manage email correspondence and resolve queries promptly.
• Internal Support: Address tickets from internal stakeholders, including factory teams.
• Account Reconciliation: Investigate discrepancies such as direct debits without invoices and liaise with suppliers for resolution.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Regional Support: Provide accounts payable services for Norway, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, UK, Ireland, Dubai.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members to maintain accuracy and efficiency across all tasks.
