Siemens Global Business Services (GBS) in Portugal seeks an Accounts Payable - English Speaker to join our FPS team. You will process invoices, record transactions in SAP, handle expense claims, and support vendor communications in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires English fluency, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a hybrid setup with occasional travel as needed. University degree is a plus, high school diploma accepted.

Qualificações

• Minimum high school degree; university degree will be a plus.
• Experience in administrative and/or customer-oriented tasks.
• Fluent knowledge in English. All other languages are a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Able to work under pressure in a changing environment.
• Strong customer focus, result & quality orientation and professional ethics.

Responsabilidades

• Accurate and timely accounting entry in line with company regulations.
• Record and monitor day-to-day accounting transactions in SAP.
• Verification, posting and payment of invoices.
• Process expense claims (posting & payment).
• Vendor accounts / Goods Received / Vendor accounts reconciliation.
• Vendor dunning letters and communication with supplier.
• Handle manual transactions and support month-end activities.
• Assist with PCMB controls and other administrative topics.
