Essity in Lisbon is offering an Accounts Payable Intern role where you support invoice processing across multiple countries and learn from experienced colleagues in a dynamic, multicultural team.

You will gain hands-on experience in SAP, exception handling, and data maintenance while developing professional skills and contributing to internal controls. This internship emphasizes learning, collaboration, and analytical thinking.

Qualificações

• Pursuing or recently graduated in Economics or related field.
• Interest in finance, accounts payable or admin processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital systems.
• Strong writing, communication, adaptability, and time management.
• English fluency; other European languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Invoice Processing: support validation and follow-up of invoices in SAP and related tools.
• Exception Handling: assist in weekly/monthly exception checks and controls.
• System Tracking: monitor invoice status using dedicated systems and workflows.
• Administrative Support: assist with documentation, reporting and data maintenance.
• Research & Analysis: gather data, analyze trends and prepare insights.
