LuxGuard Solutions is seeking an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations in Almada for a 6-month temporary role. You will plan menus, oversee full production, and manage a kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes.

The ideal candidate has proven executive chef experience, a culinary degree, and strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with other departments. A competitive salary plus accommodation is offered.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a restaurant setting.
• Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred.
• Highly creative with a passion for experimenting with flavors and ingredients.
• Strong leadership skills to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with other departments within the restaurant.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and create menus that are innovative, fresh and in line with our restaurant's concept.
• Oversee all aspects of food production including ordering ingredients, food preparation and plating.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality dishes are consistently prepared.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper storage of all food items.
• Monitor food costs and work within budget constraints.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
